In a landlord cleans we check and clean all interior walls, doors, door frames, skirting boards, window sills and all hand rails/bannister. 

We scrub clean bathrooms and kitchen to high standards ensuring nowhere is missed and all lime scale/mold and grease removed. We also clean the oven, hob and extractor fan if any, and all other appliances in the property, cupboard doors, inside cupboards, top and bottom of cupboards and inside windows. We do clean outside windows for low level properties.

We polish and dust all woodwork, hoover and steam or mop hard floors depending what type of floor it is. 

Properties must be empty prior to clean for end of tenancy cleans. We also offer our other services that you require in any of your properties. A set price can be given for multiple property cleans.
